TrueCharisma – If there is a language beyond words we can all speak,
and if that language connects us instead of divides us—
we have a tool from which to wage world peace.

The Charisma Code offers a wealth of tools for resolving conflict, inspiring engagement, and changing culture.”
–TONY HSIEH, CEO, Zappos.com

The cultural anthropologist, communications consultant and founder of TrueCharisma, Robin Sol Lieberman, was only 16 when she left her California home with a mission to travel the world, experience a diversity of cultures, and develop global relationships. Without being able to speak the local languages, she started her worldwide journey in Kenya, and went on to Nepal, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Bali, and Nicaragua, among other places. At every stop, she was struck by a powerful force for connecting without words: CHARISMA

“Culture and charisma are closely linked,” Robin Sol contends. “You see, charisma is the currency of connection. The people who are the best connectors are often the biggest influencers, and those who influence culture change the world.”
